Welcome to the FAQ section! Whether you're a new member or considering joining here, I aim to provide all the information you need to make your experience as smooth & enjoyable as possible.

  • Is there a cancelation policy for the 1-1 sessions & Bootcamp classes?
    A cancellation policy is essential for trainers, allowing flexibility. You can cancel up to 24 hours before 1-1, 2-1 sessions, or Bootcamp classes.
  • What if I'm unsure I want to join?
    No problem at all! I provide a taster session that allows you to experience personal training without any commitment. It’s a perfect way to see if it suits your needs!
  • What can I expect during our training sessions?
    Each session will begin with a warm-up, followed by targeted exercises designed to meet your goals. I’ll provide guidance on form & technique to ensure safety & effectiveness. We’ll finish with a cool-down & discuss your progress & any adjustments needed for future sessions.
  • How often should I strength train with you?
    The optimal training frequency varies based on your individual fitness goals & schedule. I generally recommend 2-3 sessions per week for the best results. We can adjust this as needed, considering your progress & how your body responds. You can choose from my face-to-face packages or hybrid options to best suit your preferences.
  • Is there a cancellation policy for my package?
    Yes cancellation periods are crucial for personal trainers, ensuring smooth scheduling & respect for everyone’s time. They help maintain commitment, & allow for better planning. You will not be able to cancel my 12 week programs. Regarding my ongoing memberships, you will pay up to the end of the month.
  • What's included in each package?
    I offer a variety of personal training packages tailored to fit your busy lifestyle! Whether you prefer one-on-one sessions, a hybrid approach that combines in-person & online training, or fully online programs, there’s an option for you. With the hybrid package, you’ll get the best of both worlds, enjoying personalised coaching while also having the flexibility of online support. Alternatively, my fully online programs allow you to follow a structured workout plan at your local gym, ensuring you stay on track no matter where you are. Please refer to my plans & pricing section for more information.
  • How fit do I need to be to join your bootcamp classes?
    There is no specific level of of fitness. My women only Bootcamp classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. I offer modifications for exercises, allowing everyone to participate at their own pace. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your limits, you’ll find a supportive environment to help you reach your fitness goals.
  • Is there a cancellation policy for my booked sessions?
    You can cancel or rearrange a session up to 24 hours prior to our session.
